How Hand in Hand Foundation helps you

Plain answers to what we do, what we don't, and what happens next.

What support we provide

Free, confidential general information about money worries and debt, and help understanding what options and organisations are available to you.

How our initial support works

You tell us what's worrying you — by phone or the callback form. We listen, help you make sense of your situation, and point you to the right next step.

Do we refer you to partners?

Some of our help is delivered through partner organisations. If a specialist would suit you better, we'll explain why and only refer you with your agreement.

What happens when you request a callback

Your enquiry is saved securely and sent to our team. We contact you using the details you give us. We don't promise a set time, but we aim to respond as soon as we can.

Are there any fees?

Our help is always free. If a partner or debt solution involves fees, that should be explained to you clearly before you agree to anything.

How your personal information is handled

We only use your details to respond to your enquiry. We don't sell your information. See our privacy policy for more.

Hand in Hand Foundation CIO is a registered charity in England and Wales (charity number 1164287). We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and do not ourselves provide regulated debt advice.
